I hired Kelly limousines to pick up my elderly mother for an early morning flight. When the driver who's name is Louisa got there, my mother who is 84 and was having a bad morning, wasn't even close to being ready. Now most drivers would have gotten back into the car and waited but not Louisa. Sensing a time issue Louisa not only helped my mom pack her suitcase and get dressed but she got her to her flight just in time. I work in the transportation industry myself and I can guarantee you that kind of service is rarely found anymore.
